RECOMMENDED PROCEDURES, TIMELINE & SUGGESTIONS
Initial Contact
Contact our Golf Event Manager (John Lambe) to confirm availability of the date you wish to hold your event on. Our Golf Event Manager will forward a copy of our contract confirming your event date with your selected golf club and will forward to the golf club the required deposit to secure your date and times.
Review the Golf Day Menu
Sample menus are available on request. Please take the time to review these menus and make your selections. Your Golf Event Manager will be available to guide you through the menu and assist with any special needs or requests you may have.
Give-away Gifts, Prizes and Auctions
John Lambe's expert team will gladly assist you in the co-ordination and purchase of any event prizes, welcome gifts or auction items you require.
Format and Novelty Events
Your Golf Event Manager will discuss the format of play for your Golf Day and can make recommendations as to the best alternatives for your group. He can also suggest unique novelty measures which may enhance the event.
Player List
Please forward a complete player list indicating the desired groupings in a Microsoft Excel format. It is important to list first and last names in a separate column. This list must be received at least 3 business days prior to your event. The accuracy of this list is paramount to the success of your golf day. Please take the time to check that the spelling of names is correct as they shall appear on the day. Please consider that the accuracy of this list will ensure that our staff can deliver the highest level of customer service to your guests.

Try your luck against the Club's resident PGA Professional. Whether it's a long drive or nearest the pin hole, utilize the PGA Professional to help raise funds for a worthy cause while providing an entertaining challenge for your guests.
Golf Instruction/Clinic:
Allow your guests the opportunity to obtain valuable tips from our appointed PGA Professional prior to or during their round of golf. Work on their short game, full swing, sand play or mental approach, all facets of the game covered.
Professional Scoring and Results:
The professional team at John Lambe Golf will provide accurate results and can create scoreboards and an electronic leader board for your competitors. The electronic leader board can be run on the big screen in the clubhouse throughout the evening.
Golf Manufacturing Demonstrations:
Your Golf Event Manager can arrange product demonstrations on the driving range which will allow your guests to test the very latest golfing equipment on the market. Qualified representatives from some of golf's leading brands can be scheduled to enhance your golf day.
